where can I find php_apc-3.1.13-5.5-ts-vc11-x64.zip

where can I find php_apc-3.1.13-5.5-ts-vc11-x64.zip

I can find php_apc-3.1.13-5.5-ts-vc9-x86.zip. But can not find x64
version. Do you know who compiled php_apc for PHP 5.5 x64? Does it exists
on this planet?
